Rivalry Renewed as Teams Prepare for 2023 Season

The Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Rams, two of the NFL's most storied franchises, will face off in a highly anticipated preseason matchup on August 12th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

This preseason clash marks the first time these two teams have met since the Rams' relocation to Los Angeles in 2016. The rivalry between the two teams dates back to the 1980s, when they were both members of the AFC West division.

The Raiders hold a 13-11 advantage in the all-time series, but the Rams have won the last two meetings, including a 20-17 victory in 2015.

Both teams are coming off disappointing seasons in 2022, as the Raiders finished 6-11 and the Rams missed the playoffs with a 5-12 record.
